KL -- It wasn't even an "investment" per se. Bush simply waived his usual speaking fee in lieu of the Global Crossing stock (because he was friends with the somebody in GC management). So, in effect, he got paid $14.4M for one speech. Zonkers. Dan Golly -- all the old timers crawling out from under rocks tonight. You, the VI (a.k.a.
