Feliciano, you had me agreeing with you right up until the last sentence when you said

The implication is clear enough, but what evidence do you have to support your claim? From what I can gather integration was and is the goal. But difficulties will inevitably arise. I am not disputing what you said, and by way of disclaimer let me point out that I am not a technological genius. In fact, I believe putting new beads on my abacus constitutes a hardware upgrade. So I rely on people with better understanding than I have for insights. What specifically leads you to believe that NETA's products are inferior and what specific products are preferred in the corporate space?

Edwarda pointed out that a continuing fear is the smooth integration of acquired companies into a whole. In fact, for any number of companies, the record is pretty dismal on that account. Is this part of the problem to which you are refer?
