On 02/04/99 the price of PQT shot up to 9 before closing as 6 7/16 - the volume traded was 8,383,700 also, on 5/11/98, the price rose from 3 5/16 to 5 before closing at 4 on volume of 6,108,000. tradepbs.com IMHO, the Yahoo figure is either dated or in error. Maybe someone has a different explanation.
