No growth is C-Cube's story for the first 1/2 of 1999.

Divicom needs to "work hard", to match last Q.

This is an off Q for set tops.

Encoder chips are in demand, but the price is low. DVxplorer won't add in the first 1/2, and then it's not much in the second 1/2.

DVD will be level with last Q, due to the loss of Creative, and the shortage of DVD-ROM drives.

VCD could growth this Q, but it shrinks next Q.

No growth in the first 1/2.

In the second 1/2:

Divicom grows. They could hit $50M in one of the last 2 Qs.

Set tops will grow on the back of the AViA@TV wins. The market grows 40% this year. C-Cube starts its move from 20% of market share to a 30% share.

Encoders sales will grow, just on the number of chips sold.

DVD will grow, but it would grow faster with sales to Creative.

VCD shrinks from 1 year ago levels.

Not much near term growth.
