Bob Walsh, see post number 64.
Ayahuasca, thanks for your post on directors and officers. I figured that info was in their web site but that's my last choice of reference since it's the least unbiased. Thought someone out here may have known or worked with any one of those folks.
etc., sorry to ruffle your feathers. Just trying to gather solid information. If nothing "rotten" turns up, should help DGV stock price even more. (A little anyhow since I don't have my position yet)
hcm1943, appreciate your candid response. Your friend, Raymond Dirks, appears to be solely responsible for all the news on DGV. Even the business week article is based on his projections:
Ray Dirks, director of research at Security Trading Capital, expects the company to turn a profit next year and earn 72 cents a share on estimated revenues of $18.7 million, vs. an estimated 1999 loss of 78 cents a share, on sales of $4.1 million.
So, hcm1943, could you pick up the phone and give Ray a call. Tell him " you da man, Ray, you is truly da man". "Please tell us what your projections are based on, you are the only one making them". If you think he will take my call, I will be happy to call him tomorrow.
If Ray's projections are accurate, this stock is way undervalued and has huge upside. If Ray is mistaken, then DGV's 1998 annual revenue of appx. $1.5 million will not put much of a dent in the $10 million that DGV is now in debt.
Personally, I would like to see one more analysis by another securities firm second Ray's projections. Yes, the stock may be at 15 or 20 when and if that happens, but then we'll know it's for REAL.com.
