Victor, in the case of CTXS the authorized shares are being increased to 400 million at the upcoming shareholder meeting. Such increases seem to be on the agenda of many company shareholder meetings which, plus the rash of IPO's, is why I don't buy your theory that the number of shares available to the market is decreasing.
