<< Victor, in the case of CTXS the authorized shares are being increased to 400 million at the upcoming shareholder meeting. Such increases seem to be on the agenda of many company shareholder meetings>>

Roger, that's nonsense. Show me the "many" co's that are printing 400 mill new shares. You are starting to sound like a socialist or something!

<< .... which, plus the rash of IPO's, >>

That is simply not true. The flow of ipo's has been interrupted many times over the last few years by corrections aka "market volatility " in underwriter-speak, only to resume tentatively and then gradually get back to some level of normalcy, then get backed up again for a fw mos by the next downdraft. Until recent months, even some internet ipo's were actually being postponed for lack of interest.

Roger, also, when a co does an ipo, it usually only offers to the public a % of the company's outstanding, maybe 15% or 20% of the total co's total shares.
