Bob I don't thinkit was the CEO that picked up 1 million shares-the CEO Richard C.E. Morgan - the party who picked up the million shares was J.P.Morgan - when they exercised the warrants they held - I know this because I previously made the same mistake myself (got my Morgans mixed up!) It is still a strong endorsement of the company by a bunch of smart guys + gals at J.P.Morgan. BOB
