I don't know anything about the re-org story. But the drastic cut in expected EPS sounds like a bit more than re-org problems. Quarterly EPS cut 50% and yearly estimates hammered pretty well. And you say "CATP is a good place to work ... perhaps so, but I'd be less than happy (if I were an employee) if I knew senior management was selling in the 30's knowing that bad times were coming. My earlier point was that good people, who know they can get a new position at another company with options may opt to leave. A lot less loyalty these days than in the past and lots of demand for good consultants ... lots of people will gladly move to the highest bidder.
