Hello Gerald: Thanks for expressing so precisely the frustration that I also feel after four years holding this non-performing stock. I was suckered into it by a former broker at 31-5/8.
Having seen many thousands of my dollars frittered away by this stupid BOD, I doubt seriously that "waiting" any longer will improve matters. The current board is simply not acting in the shareholders' interest and is derelict in its fiduciary responsibility.
I have written a very sharply worded letter to Mr. Young, demanding an accounting of the board's stewardship (if any).
I would be interested to know how many others on the board have also written to him (or other board members)?
I suggested in my letter that a stockholder suit against the board is a real possibility. I wonder how many participants on this board would be willing to join a class action suit against the board, seeking redress for the serious fall in value that the stock has sustained due to their negligence? I know of a law firm that handles such matters and I am considering consulting with them.
Opine please.

Regards, George
