You are correct. In the February, 97 issue of Individual Investor, C-Cube insiders were cited that they filed to sell $70 million worth of stock. The information is in the table on page 81.

So, (1) insider are either selling or will be selling big time and (2) we have a 10 million shares in the short sellers' hands.

What will happen to the stock?
