Yes, thanks. The point of all of this is that if you are trading stocks on a short term basis and trying to transfer to another broker at the same time, you are at risk during the transfer period. Either use the DTC or cash out of one account and send cash to second account. Too much can happen in that 2 week ACAT transfer period.
