COMPANY PRESS RELEASE
Network Gaming signs Advertising and Internet Merchandising Agreement
Network Gaming International Corp. ("Network Gaming") has signed an Internet advertising agreement for online product sales with Nations Force Ltd. and Allied Marketing Ltd. of Oklahoma, USA. The principals of Nations Force Ltd. and Allied Marketing Ltd. have extensive backgrounds in the distribution of consumer merchandise.
The agreement provides for banner advertising on the Network Gaming web site in conjunction with the proposed launch on April 12, 1999 of the Network Gaming "Free" Internet Bingo games. The advertising agreement includes a price of $40 for each thousand banner ads displayed on the Internet web site.
The advertising agreement also provides for a selection of merchandise to be awarded to the top 100 bingo players each week. On a weekly basis, the Network Bingo prize structure provides for $1,000 US to be awarded to the top player of the week, and the next 100 players will receive merchandise prizes. Starting in 90 days, a progressive prize of $2,500 increasing to $50,000 can be won by a bingo player who completes a bingo line in the first "four" numbers called in any bingo game. This latter prize will be funded from a percentage of the advertising revenues. Accordingly, a bingo player can play "Free" bingo games and win $2,500 or more in prizes.
The Network Bingo's web site will appeal to many players including those customers who visit or play games developed by companies such as Anchor Gaming Inc. (Nasdaq:SLOT - news), Harrah's Entertainment Inc. (NYSE:HET - news), Trans World Gaming Group (OTC BB:IBET), Argosy Gaming Co. (NYSE:AGY - news), International Game Technology Inc. (NYSE:IGT - news), Azbar Corp. (NYSE:AZR - news), Cryptologic Inc. (TSE:CRY - news), Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC BB:SNMM), GLC Limited (Nasdaq: GLCCF - news), Atlantic International Entertainment Ltd. (OTC BB:AIEE), Cybergames Inc. (OTC BB:CYGA), IGN Internet Global Network Inc. (OTC BB:IGINIF) and Global Games Corp. (OTC BB:GLOW).
In addition, bingo players at the "Network-Bingo web site" will accumulate points which entitles them to receive up to three levels of price discounts on 300 merchandise items to be featured in the company's VIP lounge. The preceding discounts are expected to range from 15% to 35% off the retail list prices. Both Network Gaming and the Marketing agencies will participate in the profits from this venture.
The company will shortly start an aggressive marketing campaign to promote its "Free" Internet Bingo web site. This is expected to register many bingo players and the company projects to achieve 3 million impressions per month by the end of the first 90 days. A large number of players are expected to compete for the many prizes, and to accumulate points for substantial merchandise discounts.
Some of the feature merchandises are currently shown on the company's web site at network-bingo.com in our news release area. This could create a major opportunity for the company's e-commerce activities similar to the success achieved by the Home Shopping Network on Television.
Forrester Research had recently estimated that the Worldwide Internet Commerce could reach as high as $3.2 Trillion dollars U.S. by the year 2003. Network Gaming International Corporation is a developer of interactive high-speed electronic bingo software for both the Internet and bingo industry.
