Here's something that may be even more exciting....

According to Businessweek, Microsoft is developing their own price comparison service, but MSFT estimates it won't be ready for 6-9 months. Everyone knows that MSFT has fallen behind in the internet race, and they are trying desperately to regain a commanding position. With the likes of Yahoo and Amazon already out with their price comparison services (and Netscape putting the finishing touches on its version), 6-9 months is way to long if MSFT wants to be a player in this market. In the past, when MSFT has been behind in certain web technologies, it has used its approximately $20 billion in cash to make strategic acquisitions. Might it not make sense for MSFT to spend a mere $50-$100 million to acquire EXGP and get this technology TODAY? Not only would MSFT get the price comparison tech, they would also be able to purchase all of EXGP's other technologies at what would amount to a bargain basement price.
