Efficiency? I could agree with you if Michael Dell isn't on the chart. He could only be smarter or even than his competitors, not stupidier by that wide margin. Unless CDWC's mode has the mix of IM's, but where they get the 12.7% standard direct-marketeer's gross margin if they copy IM's?
