Todays match was a good one to watch. Tom Lehman has always been one of my favorites. Lehman is a great golfer, drawing card and person. What happened today (win or lose) only made it better for CSGC's tournament in Sept.

Whether anyone believes this or understands it, golf (unlike the rest of sports) is not always about winning or losing. It is about class, style and honor. Example: In a match last year, Greg Norman (unknowingly) was given some golf balls by one of his sponsors that were illegal balls. When he found out about the balls being illegal (and without the officials knowing anything about it) he withdrew from the tournament. At the time this happened he had a demanding lead. My point in this is: I can't tell you who won that tournament, or what tournament it even was, but I will always remember Greg Norman's class, style and honor.

Tom Lehman just came back to play his first game of golf from a shoulder surgery. I don't know who won the tournament yesterday (and don't really care). I was more in tuned with TOM LEHMAN to see how he was going to play after surgery. I will remember that day because of that.

If anyone saw the movie Tin Cup with Kevin Costner, you know what I mean.
