AuctionAnything.com, Inc. (formerly the Lawton-York Corporation)
(OTC BB: LWTN), announced today that its stock will begin trading
under the new symbol (OTC BB:UBUY).
The new symbol was chosen to be more indicative of the nature of
the company's core business (Internet-based auctions). This
announcement follows the Lawton-York Corporation's March 10, 1999
announcement that it had acquired North Orlando Sports Promotions,
Inc., an on-line auction company, and changed its name to
AuctionAnything.com, Inc.
AuctionAnything.com presently runs its SportsAuction
(http://www.SportsAuction.com) web site and is developing other
complementary auction sites designed around specific "micro-community"
themes. AuctionAnything.com, Inc. plans to continue to embellish and
improve its SportsAuction division while leveraging its existing
customer database to expand the entire range of AuctionAnything.com
services.
In addition, AuctionAnything.com, Inc. announced today that it
has joined the CBS SportsLine affiliate program. CBS SportsLine is
published by SportsLine USA, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPLN). The CBS SportsLine
