Individual Investor has very old information. Remember that it went to printers 2 oe 3 weeks b4. Also, I have a very close friend who spoke to Jim Burke, CFO, last week. Mr. Burke told him the reason for the sale of stock by insiders last Fall was primarily due to him, Jim Burke, "having the valve os sales turned off for too long". He also noted that the biggest holder still has some 800,000 shares, and that the CEO, president, and himself have not sold. More recent insider sales or plans to sell can be found weekly in Barron's and monthly in Investors Insider Chronicle, both of which I subscribe to. Niether has shown any more sales or plans to sell since last Fall.
