TurboTax has a problem importing my trades as well. I'm not sure if it's because of the number of trades (about a thousand or so) and/or the short sales. The help info says you have to identify each short sale of the same stock with a different identifier in Quicken or they may not import with the correct date. But what I end up with are entries have a symbol but no data. Anyway, I've been slogging through Quicken fixing up each short sale (what a pain!). If this doesn't fix the problem then I give up.
