Sorry if I have mussed the feathers locally. I was just passing on the info that I had received --as I stated. I do rely on my broker for her advice and wish I had done so more often. Anyway I have no speach to make and so have no need for a podium. I take it that either broker's advice and/or info that is contrary to the hoped for rise in NNC is not welcome here and won't --very often-- provide any more. TTFN
