Can someone help me with a few q's on 144 forms; Does a filing mean that the stock HAS been sold? WILL be sold? MAY be sold if the price is right?, or may not be sold of it's too low. If prior to sale, how long do they have to sell? Since 144s are for "unregistered" shares do "insiders" also own shares that are registered and could be sold without 144s?
