It is NOT true that most of the revenues from SNMM licensees comes from the USA and Canada. At Thursday's NY show, Mark Dohlen said that 50% of the licensee's revenues comes from the US and Canada.

Additionally, Kyle is far from a foregone conclusion. Last year the bill easily passed in the Senate, then was held up in the House. This year the bill has been watered down substantially. Passage in the Senate is, again, likely. What the House will do with it is anyone's guess. However, both President Clinton and Vice President Gore have been steadfast in the opposition to most forms of internet regulation. While they have not publicly addressed the Kyle Bill, specifically, Attorney General Reno has. She has publicly stated that she is opposed to the regulation of internet gaming. Don't forget she is a Clinton appointee. I believe there is a strong possibility that, should Kyle pass the House, Clinton would veto it.

Long SNMM!
