George - a Novl lawsuit will not get you your money back (unless of course you are a lawyer) and it would take years to settle if there was one. In the interim the price would take another dump and loss whatever investor interest there is now (put legal fees, awards, etc. in a balance sheet) Name me some companies were such suits have raised the stock price. The LAST thing we need are lawyers in the equation. Tell your friends to find another host they can suck the life out of.
