It may also appear that something is known about the company other than fundamentals. Rummor has it that they are an aquisition target by a large company. I am not sure, but it appears that someone is intereste in their o/s support products and their development suite. This is not the most realiable of rummors, but it does sound logical. I am not sure who the buyer is supposed to be, other than it is a large one. Any ideas?
