Les, Good luck. I think that the case is a winner if you can get just one "John Dean" in the IRS to come forward. The time is right for a nice "whistleblower" to come forward. Maby you need to take out an ad or hit the IRS boards on the Internet to find your mole. I hope my reply to you doesn't cause me any trouble... I always pay more than my fair share.
