Right on! The market mood is such that investors want to see drill results assays before they build speculative premiums into Miranda. Management remains confident: "Miranda anticipates this project to create some exciting results for the company during 1999."( Quoted from Mgm't Discussion Schedule C, Quarterly Report Jan.15/99). The average .5gm Au. values found in soil testing in one anamoly is ok. Grades are often much lower at the surface due to weathering and overlay of organic soils. Any excitement will be in the drilling, and maybe potential JV partners are waiting for these results before committing. Newletter writers express their opinions which is much easier than a commitment to spend large sums of money on a property. Thus I assume these companies are being a bit more cautious. This occurs throughtout the industry. Many times juniors must drill/dressup a property for presentation to potential JV partners. LVL
