George. I have already consulted with two coporate attorneys on this.
I wanted to do this also. I concluded that this was NOT in the best
interest of the shareholders. I learned something. George, a class-
action suit will "cost" everyone money. The only one's that make out
are the lawyers.
From the responses I am seeing today, I feel that, while most people,
myself included, agree to a great degree with Salah, they also feel
very strongly (if like I say, they are HONEST with themselves), that
what we are doing here is the RIGHT THING! I refer you again to Mat
Millers response to Scott C. Lemon. I refer you to YOUR posts. No,
we need to get a group letter, a GOOD letter to the BOD now!....J
