Trying to regulate internet gaming activity occuring in diverse jurisdictions would seem a monumental task. Even if legislation is passed, establishing and enabling a regulatory task force would be an administrative nightmare and create major tension with jurisdictions that allow online gaming activity; probably the reason that Janet Reno and other law enforcement officials stand against it. Can you even begin to imagine the type of police state infrastructure it would take to regulate and prevent our use of a home or office computer to place a wager on line with a site based in Antigua or else where? If you have up to date info about the current status of the Kyle bill please post it; it may affect stock price and present a buying opportunity for those of us that believe net gaming a sure bet for the future.
