Could you name one (1) GSM license that has not been used by some operator once it has been granted? Those new European and African licenses are already being contested by various operators. You may have not known this - but is there any sense in disputing facts if you don't have any contradicting information? Projections of GSM subscriber growth have been surpassed by actual numbers for ten consecutive years. What on earth are you referring to when you are talking about "dashed hopes"? Tero
