(BSNS WIRE) Internet Usage Billing to be Added to CTIG's Neptune Billing
Internet Usage Billing to be Added to CTIG's Neptune Billing Platform

Business Editors/Hi-Tech Writers

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 22, 1999--CTI Group
(Holdings) Inc. (OTC:CTIG) announces today that the telecommunications
billing division of its USA subsidiary, CTI Data Solutions Inc., has
entered into an agreement with Fiberlink Communications to provide
billing services for their Long-distance and Internet based customers.
Under the agreement, CTI will enhance the functionality of its
32-bit Windows NT Neptune billing and customer care system to
incorporate usage based Internet billing.
CTI's billing divisional chief operating officer, Tom Duffy,
stated, "we are delighted to have secured this development opportunity
with Fiberlink because this additional functionality will bring our
Neptune product one step closer towards our goal of providing a fully
convergent billing solution to address this rapidly evolving market."
CTIG's Chairman and CEO, Tony Johns, stated, "the group has now
uniquely positioned itself with a family of Y2K compliant 32-bit coded
products with which to address its markets worldwide - well ahead of
most of its competitors.
"Over the past three years the group has invested heavily into
product development before the anticipated surge in programming costs
our competitors will have to face due to the buildup of demand for
programmers to resolve Y2K issues.
"As we approach the start of our new fiscal year, we are
confident we can benefit from our product positioning with a return to
profitability from an expected growth in revenues."
