Roader,

Let me guess, you're an AOL user and possibly a shareholder?

AOL is not going to be displaced by ATHM. There is room for both. But increasingly folks will demand broadband and ATHM will be there to provide the services. We've gone through every one of your points in detail over the last few months. Look back for answers to all of your concerns. As far as content, AOL's biggest problem is their proprietary interface. NSCP could fix some of that. ATHM will soon have XCIT which will become the premier broadband site on the web.

Personally, I look at AOL as spring training for ATHM. Once users have gained sufficient web knowledge from their 90 day free trial of AOL they can graduate to ATHM and unrestricted broadband internet access.

In the meantime, if you're worried about ATHM infringing on your AOL profits, sell some AOL and buy some ATHM. Better do it quick, we're up 20+ today.

Regards,
Stuart
