Vegas, That was Jim McCamant's, Editor of the Medical Techology Newsletter perspective in his interview on audioinvestor.com He was talking biotech stocks ,but noted that small cap stocks generally are at their lowest valuation levels since the 1974 market downturn.

He thought the small caps to be "washed out" here though. He also noted that eventually after the first dollars flow back into small caps stocks, that that initial price action would bring more sums in to follow...

But yes in referencing about four potential takeover candidates in the biotech field, he noted that they were so cheap that they needed to "double in price" in order to become takeover candidates, because a publicly traded company could not offer 4x current price for these stocks even though that is their realistic market value. A humorous and somewhat bizarre dichotomy!

And it makes me wonder if the same situation exists here with AFCI.....And AFCI's volume action makes AFCI look to be "washed out" too and forgotten- unless and until some new fundamental news appears and alters the perspective on AFCI one way or the other....'Til then I sit and wait long, and sell covered call options to reduce my basis in AFCI....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
