Floyd, I think you are jumping the gun. Wait at least a month or two before deciding that this time around the oil states are going to behave themselves. I'll believe it when I see it and frankly I don't believe it. By the way Offshore is in my opinion a terrific newsletter. I've been reading it since its inception. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in the oil and gas sector.
