Will Remedy sustain its leadership? In my opinion, Search Engine Technology is the key element in robust Help Desk system. Remedy has integrated now the third party problem resolution software from Advantage kbs,(IQSupport Pro(TM). What is the IQSupport's augmented-fault model system? Is it really the fastest and most efficient method available today to accurately diagnose problems and recommend solutions?
