It is dumping on such low volume. What kind of volume has this been trading at recently? If its been going down on low volume, thats a positive sign that the drop is bottoming out soon--. Usually these things turn around after a drastic dump (that's relative, I know) that rebounds with a vengeance with a definite pick up in volume. This usually happens at some random intraday point. I would watch for that. I don't know how to guess at a particular number, all that really matters is where the majority of interested buyers have set their price target at, be it by some technical indicators, or valuations--then try to jump on the bandwagon with them. Judging whether its good for just a short term "pop", or a longer term investment, is much harder to judge, cuz there are so many skiddish momentum traders who jump in and out for a quick buck--myself included.
