Schwab just called back. Told me 37 1/4 was a "mistake" no other explanation, just a mistake! I asked if they were going to make good on their mistake, fortunately I printed out the 37 1/4 confirmation, and he referred me to the "Director's Division" to see what could be done. He thought I would probably now now have the choice of keeping the shares @ 37 1/2 or not keeping them, but not likely they would give them to me @ the "mistake" price! Has anyone else had this experience with Schwab or any other of the on-line brokers? Thanks for questioning this larry, I probably wouldn't have noticed it until I received by hard copy confirmation.
