That particular stock shows a strong and slow accumulation over the course of a month ... started at .07 and now settling at .10 ... These type of stock is being held strong to and not fluxuating hardly at all... Hmmm looks like a solid sleeper. No one appears to be running it. Worth doing some DD on ... worse case scenario is that at .07 as the floor a double or BTS setlimit would be .14 and if you could split the bid and ask would be a solid position to take. even if you could only get the ask then you could still get a 40% at the double out of .14 ... However most of the time with stocks like this and in this price range they typically eventually gap to about a quad in my experience which is why I like under a dime stocks. Hmmm what else you got on this USTI Rande... I see the insiders are buying it back ... biz.yahoo.com ... You may have a real sleeper here and it is fully reporting ... :-) GB
