Abdo, It depends (somewhat) on your point of view. TERN makes cable modems, headends, and other related equipment. So, its really a "yes and no" answer. All of their products are related to cable modems (either at the end-user or source), so they are a single-niche company. Nevertheless, their ability to provide a robust slate of products within the cable modem niche should help their competitive position. Does this help? sds
