I think that the PSR of 0.7 is very restrictive. I would prefer a measure of PSR adjusted for gross margin. That intuitively seems like a more meaningful number. We could call it the "French Index" or something like that.

Personally, I do follow net margins and would like to see them stable or expanding, rather than narrowing. I agree that the numbers may be difficult to predict going forward ("prior performance does not guarantee future returns"), but it would be a nice screening tool and a measuring stick for comparing other companies in the business sector.
