Dwight - Worden Bros. (provider of TA tools and data) sometimes highlights an interesting chart. Today they told subscribers about Novl. They said:

1) Best looking chart since slide began in 1993.
2) Buy signal on daily chart - 9 day chart not yet turned
3) BOP (Balance of Power) positive (indicates money flowing into stock) and matching rise in price.
4) They recommend cautious accumulation
