OK, let me try another explanation then. Lundin Oil is considered a very speculative investment by most of the participants on the Stockholm Stock Market. The same can perhaps be said of the typical short-term investor in the stock. "These people" evidently do not care about the dilution. I am not even sure they know how to spell it.
