My Interest: I'm not and wasn't Magic employee, but I'm related to the company management. Personally, I'm significantly invested in Remedy after selling my position in Software Artistry. Naturally, help desk market is my interest. I wish to Magic all success, according to analysts, the help desk market is big enough to accommodate several major players. I strongly believe in the growth potential of this niche segment. However, only true innovative leaders will sustain the Wall Street expectations. Bottom line, I simply don't want to repeat my experience (losing money) as for example with Software Artistry and Novadigm.
