Hi Richard. I'm not an expert but I've been following PLT for about two years. Just recently bought more. I have a lot of confidence since the manufacturing is strong and interest rates are low. Must be patient. I suspect a lot of people got burned on the past high price and subsequent fall. This may have left a bad taste for some.
