While a letter of intent does not always result in a finalized acquisition the PCS deal already has been completed: biz.yahoo.com Hopefully today's LOI will become finalized too: biz.yahoo.com On the web site it's nice to note that improvements are already becoming apparent. Many more improvements will obviously be coming soon: householddirect.com On the trading of the stock? Give it time because if the HouseHold Direct story continues to evolve as it has to date we will all be happy. It's true we did not close up today but the bid and ask were very close at the close.
