Radar: That was an excellent answer....crystal clear. In effect, on PQT all of us are playing around with only 4 million shares that are available to the public. I seem to recall somebody mentioned a while back (I forget where) that they discovered that their agreement (standard language) with their brokerage firm allowed the broker to borrow shares from their account for the shorts. If all longs were to modify their brokerage agreement and indicate that the brokers could NOT borrow the PQT shares......then the supply would tighten up even more. This is theoretical but I'm sure not practical! Right?? Again, thanks for your reply.
