Teflon, ATHM and GNET. Unbelievable. I am not used to seeing stock movements like this. I bought ATHM at around 117 a couple of weeks ago and GNET at 115 last week. It is a little fun to play with some money in internet stocks.
I love ATHM as the stock. We get these commercials from our local cable provider up here in Canada with the message that telephone internet is considered ancient. You probably get the same commercials or types of commercials. Great commercials just like the Alliance Capital commercials. Got me sold!!

AOL, i think, is overpriced. I believe the Index funds buyers did not completely add the appropriate number of shares in the past and were hoping for downturns which never came. Now this Netscape deal had made them more aggressive in getting AOL before it is too late. Once the index funds are invested (the way they are supposed to), then the selloff could begin. Nobody knows when they will finish---and to top it off AOL is getting recognized the blue chip net stock and other mutual funds want to add shares as well. Are we at the top, who knows. Notice that an analyst would have to be insane to downgrade this stock --- probably lose his job if he is wrong.

BTW-- Could not get to the net today to do some posts.
