TI filed a SC 13D/A on 3/5/99, documenting sales of 316,500 shares between 1/20/99 and 2/26/99. Most recent sale prior to this activity was 12/97. They now hold about 1M shares and are no longer a 5% holder. Price on 1/20 (first sale) was $20.50. Last sale on 2/26 was $13.50. Each sale was down from the prior, and they continued to sell. Until they unload the rest of their 1M shares, they represent downward pressure. As far as I can tell they have no strategic interest in Actel, and will probably continue to sell. Average daily volume is just over 300k. -tt
