MSFT's msn.com has the most ads banner. MSFT is obviously grossly undervalued when its web operation is considered. Think about it, AOL is trading at a P/E of 600! YHOO is trading at a P/E of 1000 or more. But both AOL and YHOO are behind msn.com in terms of ads revenue. MSFT needs to go much higher, or AOL and YHOO needs to fall back significantly.

"The Nielsen/NetRatings report also estimated the largest Web
advertisers. Microsoft was top-ranked, showing 302 million banner
ads during the month to 32.2 million people, and reaching 54.7
percent of Internet users. The other top-five banner advertisers
were CatalogLink, Amazon.com (AMZN), Yahoo! and First USA."
