Here's a PR dated April 8, 1998 that might be related to it. I'm guessing that the dispute is whether BIOF is responsible for additional funding to build the factory or not, but that's just my guess...
FINANCING AGREEMENT ANNOUNCED
8 April 1998
Rocky Mountain Ginseng, Inc. (OTCBB:RMGG) has entered into an agreement with Litchfield Continental, Ltd. Litchfield will provide $650,000 to RMGG to complete the purchase of Fuzhou Fujiang Drugs Co., Ltd. in China (see our news release dated February 23, 1998). Litchfield will also provide additional funds to support RMGG's
expansion plans. The agreement between RMGG and Litchfield will allow Litchfield to acquire a controlling interest in RMGG.
Litchfield entered into an agreement with Global Spill Management, Inc. (OTCBB:GEGI) whereby Global Spill is acquiring Litchfield's subsidiary, Biofarm S.A, a Romanian-based pharmaceutical company (see Global Spill's news release dated April 7, 1998).
Fuzhou Fujiang Drugs Co., Ltd. possesses the necessary permits and licenses for both RMGG and Biofarm S.A to produce and distribute their respective products in China.
Fuzhou Fujiang Drugs Co., Ltd. has established its own sales and distribution network of 131 outlets in key Chinese business centers including Fujian province, Jiansu province, Hubei province, Zhegian province, Hunan province, Beijing City, Shanxi province, Shishan province, Chongqing City, Guandong province, Xnhui province, Shanghai City and Shandong province.
RMGG is preparing to purchase processing equipment for the production of its exclusive value added ginseng products in the Fuzhou factory.
