Service revenue is growing but not enough to offset a decline in shipments. What CPQ really needs to do is increase their server sales and have a base to sell their services. If they cant sell their servers, the service revenues will be far less. I suggest you show me evidnece to the contrary before telling me that I don't know what I'm talking about. If you have talked to IR, you will have discovered that they were non committal. Whoever suggested that IR was "comfortable" with estimates did not speak to the same person I spoke to.
